MOORE TK Legal is aware of the importance of its users’ personal data and takes data protection seriously.

§1 Information about the collection of personal data

(1) In the following we inform about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data that is personally available to you, eg. Name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior.

(3) When you contact us by e-mail or through a contact form, the information you provide (your e-mail address, your name and telephone number if applicable) will be stored by us to answer your questions. We delete the data that arises in this context after the storage is no longer required, or limit the processing if there are statutory retention requirements.

(4) If we use contracted service providers for individual functions of our offer or if you wish to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail below about the respective processes. In doing so, we also name the specified criteria for the storage duration.

§3 Sharing and transmission of personal data within the Moore TK organization

We may share personal data with other companies within the Moore TK Group if necessary in connection with the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. For example, if we provide professional services to a client, we may share personal data with other companies within the Moore TK Group in different countries that are involved in advising that client.

§4 Collection of personal data when visiting our website

(1) If you only use the website for informational purposes, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you want to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DS-GVO ):

This data is stored in so-called log files on the system side. This data is not stored together with other personal data of the user (the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

The collection of data to provide the website and the storage of data in log files are essential for the operation of the website. Therefore, the user has no right to object when using the website.

(2) In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard disk and associated with the browser you use. They allow certain information to be sent to the location that placed the cookie (here, this is us). Cookies cannot run programs or transmit viruses to your computer. a) This website uses the following types of cookies, the scope and mode of operation of which are explained below:

b) Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. These include, in particular, the session cookies. These store a so-called session ID, with which various requests from your browser can be assigned to the common session. This will allow your computer to be recognized when you return to our website. The session cookies are deleted when you log out or close the browser.

c) Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period, which may differ depending on the cookie. You can delete the cookies in the security settings of your browser at any time.

$5 Additional features and offers on our website

(1) In addition to the purely informational use of our website, we offer various services that you can use if you are interested.   1. Use of Google Fonts

(1) This website uses Google Fonts. These are the "Google Fonts" of the company Google Inc. When you use Google Fonts, no cookies are stored in your browser. The files (CSS, fonts) are loaded via the Google domains fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. According to Google, these requests are processed separately from other Google services. (1) This website uses Google reCAPTCHA. To ensure the security of our website, we use Google reCAPTCHA from Google Inc. We use this tool to make it more difficult for bots to access our systems. Google reCAPTCHA collects personal data from visitors to determine whether the actions on our website originate from bots.

§13 Social Media and other services

  1. Use of social media plug-ins

(1) We currently use the following social media plug-ins: Facebook, Twitter, Xing, LinkedIn and Instagram. We use the so-called two-click solution. This means that when you visit our site, no personal data is initially passed on to the plug-in providers. You can recognize the plug-in provider by the marking on the box above its initial letter or logo. We give you the option of communicating directly with the plug-in provider via the button. Only if you click on the marked field and thereby activate it will the plug-in provider receive the information that you have accessed the corresponding website of our online offering. In addition, the data specified in Section 3 of this declaration will be transmitted.
